Because of this:
Slight variations in color, pattern, and size may occur
No two bags are exactly the same
These variations are part of the product’s authenticity and value
By purchasing, you acknowledge and appreciate the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
• Lifestyle images may show the product under different lighting condition.

Each purchase supports artisan communities and traditional craftsmanship.

Our products are not mass-produced. They are created with time, skill, and cultural heritage.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused
In original condition
With original packaging
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations are not considered defects.
